D-I-Y Chic

Margaret follows the trends in weddings very closely, because she is at a contrary age, and I have been chanting "elope" to her ever since her Aunt Helen got married -- not that it wasn't a beautiful ceremony and reception, but I have a clear understanding of my capabilities, and those aren't them, if you follow, which you shouldn't, because this is a sentence that needs to end immediately if not sooner.

Anyway, when I got back from her cousin Alynn's wedding reception, she wanted to know all about the decorations.  So I told her about the centerpieces, which involved glass beads and flowers and wood and rocks and shells and flowers.  Not all at once, but in separate ones.

So Margaret made one.

I think it's a good try the first time out.  And it was really quick, which means that she'd have lots of time to attend to other issues.

  1. I'm really enjoying the theme/design of your weblog. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A number of my blog visitors have complained about my website not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any tips to help fix this issue?
