Big Girl

One of the things that I’ve noticed in the past weeks is that Margaret has suddenly become enormous.

No doubt part of this is that we are also entertaining another very small person, but part of it is that she is getting more and more grown up in leaps and bounds.

For example, at some point, she apparently learned to eat competently with a spoon.

Which of course means that she wants to eat with a spoon all the time, and it’s very tiring.

But she soldiers on, and carpet is replaceable, after all.
